Kendra has over 20+ years of game industry experience. Her technical, creative, and marketing skills allow Kendra to make decisions to improve development workflows and pipelines. Kendra’s communication skills are an asset for remote team management.
Kendra understands the game development pipeline from an idea to publishing to continued live content updates. She has management and leadership experience with leading small to large team sizes. She works with and manages global development teams on 2-week sprints for regular live service updates. She communicates with 3rd party developers to develop and grow contract relationships to benefit both parties.
